Who We Are
NewGen Leaders is an innovative educational consultancy based in Perth, dedicated to fostering character development in both primary and secondary school environments.
Our unique approach called Guided Growth, focuses on harnessing the strengths and character skills of teachers to build motivation and create their own opportunities. This in turn, enables them to effectively nurture and develop the character skills of their students.
Through a series of tailored sessions, workshops and activities delivered in person and through a mobile app, NewGen provides educators with the tools and support needed to creative a positive and inclusive school culture. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of compassionate, resilient and impactful leaders who will contribute positively to their communities.
